Questions: 

1. what are the washing and drying instruction for my shirt? 

We have performed various test with our products and found the best way to wash / dry your shirt is to turn the product inside out and wash using cold water settings. Dry with normal dryer settings. Hang drying is also a good option.

2. can I iron the graphic? 

It is not recommended to iron directly on the graphic as it can damage it. Either turn the shirt inside out and iron it or you can place a cloth or some type of thin fabric over the design and iron normally. 

3. how long does it take for my order to arrive after I place my order? 

We try our best to get you your order as fast as possible. Normally orders are shipped within 3-5 business days from the time the order was received. It you need your order sooner you can contact us at niorapparel@gmail.com and we will work with you to get it to you faster. Please note that expedited orders have additional charges. 

4. what types of uploads do you print? 

We will print whatever you upload with some exceptions of course. Some items we will not print but not limited too are, things dealing with hate/hate speech, child endangerment and or child pornography, racist comments or depictions, and gruesome and or graphic violence. If you are unsure if we will print your design you can email us your graphic and we will notify you if it can be printed. 

5. what resolution does my graphic need to be in? 

We ask that you upload the highest resolution possible for your graphic. The best resolution is 300dpi. Please note, We will print whatever you upload, so if the quality of the image is low, your design will not look as great as it did on your screen. 

6. why is the color slightly different on my screen than on my shirt? 

When looking at an image on your monitor/phone screen its being displayed to you in RGB mode, printers print in CMYK color mode, although we work hard to get your design to look as vibrant as you see on your monitor, just know that some color variation are possible. 

7. Do you print on front and back? 

Yes. 

8. do you offer bulk order discounts? 

Yes. Depending on the size of your order we will give a discount. Bulk orders start at 10 or more. So if you want your logo on say 25 shirts will offer you a discount. 

9. do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of customization, we do not offer refunds. However, if you received the wrong order, or if it was damaged in some fashion, please email us within 5 business days of receiving your order and we will make it right.

10. can you design it for me? 

We get asked this alot! We can work with you on a design, but please note that there is a separate fee with doing design work. We understand not everyone is an artist and prefer to have someone do it for them, so we will try to work with you to get you what you want.
